Equipment Overview

The RMG series rotary mechanical grille produced by double Valley environmental protection is one of the most advanced solid-liquid sieving equipment in our country. The equipment has greatly improved the traditional grille. It has many advantages, such as high automation, high separation efficiency, small power consumption, no noise, good corrosion resistance, etc..
RMG series rotary mechanical grille can be widely used in municipal wastewater treatment projects, as well as sewage treatment systems in petrochemical, light industrial, chemical fiber, paper making, pharmaceutical and leather industries.


Working principle

Rotary screen rack is composed of a unique tooth assembly into a set of rotary grill chain. In the motor reducer drive, tooth chain against the flow direction of the rotary motion.
Transport equipment to the upper tooth chain, because the groove wheel and rail bending direction, causing relative movement between each tooth from the Qing, the vast majority of solid material by gravity. Another part is to rely on reverse movement of cleaner debris stuck in the clean tooth.
According to the flow direction of tooth chain like grille, tooth clearance assembly of the rake teeth on the chain shaft can be selected according to use conditions, when the tooth of suspended solids separation in the fluid can guarantee the smooth flow through the whole work process is continuous.

Parameter selection

Note

1. theoretical excess water flow (without considering gate slag, etc.) = Design average over gate flow rate X, over water area X, over water surface efficiency;
2. designed the flow velocity V=1m/s, the corresponding water level difference is about Delta H=200mm;
3. cross water area = channel width Bx (water level h- H before gate) /sina/1000;

5. the actual excess water flow should be included in the grid slag and water head and other factors, generally calculated according to the theoretical value of 0.8 times.


Order note

1. the width of the channel, B, the depth of the channel, H, the grid gap, the depth of the grid, the flow of water, the installation angle and other parameters shall not be indicated, indicating that the discharge height shall be 750mm, and the installation angle A shall be ordered at 70 degrees.
2. please indicate the main material (stainless steel, carbon steel) and tooth material (stainless steel, nylon) and anti-corrosion requirements, does not indicate that the main material in SS304 stainless steel, SS304 stainless steel by tooth.
