Equipment Overview

The SGF series biogas torch produced by the double Valley environmental protection has greatly improved the traditional torch. It has many advantages, such as high automation, compact design, stable operation, long service life and so on. The system is composed of the torch body, a burner, an ignition system, valve parts, control system, automatic control, without manual operation in the production process, the torch system 24 hours standby and safe operation.
Biogas torch can be widely used in petrochemical, light industry, chemical fiber, paper making, pharmaceutical, leather and other industrial industries anaerobic methane combustion treatment.
Working principle
Main body of torch: the main shell of the torch is made of 304 stainless steel. It is a safe, environmentally friendly and non-toxic ceramic fiber insulation layer. The torch has a temperature of not more than 60 degrees. The main body of the torch is composed of a torch, a windproof cap, a torch barrel, a torch base and a ventilating louver.
The torch windproof cap is arranged at the top of the torch, which can reduce the influence of the strong wind weather on the torch combustion, and simultaneously increase the upward ejecting force for the combustion supporting air at the bottom to participate in combustion, and strengthen the combustion efficiency;
The inner space of the torch vertical cylinder is large, and the whole process of combustion is completed in the vertical cylinder. The combustion is complete, and no black smoke is emitted from the top;
The torch base is the main supporting component of the main body of the torch. The main burner and auxiliary burner are arranged inside the base, and the ventilation louver is arranged on the outside, which is an important part of the whole torch body;
The ventilation shutter is installed at the bottom of the torch, and the combustion air is drawn into the combustion chamber through a ventilation shutter to complete combustion after mixing with the gas;
Torch burner: torch burner with lotus shaped structure, built-in interlayer and central ventilation channel, this structure makes the torch can produce powerful ejector in combustion, the combustion air from the surrounding ventilation louver jet into the combustion chamber.
The torch is running, the main gas along the pipe to cut into the burner, and spin to the rising edge of the inner wall of a burner, on top of the burner, the splitter and the guide disc, evenly distributed into mixing of multiple small airflow ejector and air is very good, the combustion is very full, not at the top of the black smoke, at the same time, the the structure has good effect of wind and rain, the combustion tube diameter of burner design than the diversion disc, a guide disc barrier, the rain can not flow into the burner, therefore, can also very stable ignition burner combustion in stormy weather, the burning barrel will not be water, nor flameout.
Torch ignition system: the torch is designed with a separate ignition system (two stage ignition), valve components with independent operation, when the first torch through the auxiliary burner (pilot) lit a small fire, and then through the long light lit the main fire burner operation, the ignition success rate of over 99%, pilot lamp ignition with high pressure electronic ignition.
Torch valve assembly: torch set, main burner control valve, auxiliary burner control valve, flame arrester and manual valve group. Set up the control valve, cooperate with the control system, can realize the automatic operation, set up the flame arrester, stop the phenomenon of tempering, and ensure the safety of the torch operation.
Control system: torch torch control system comprises a temperature sensor, ignition, timer, main burner control valves and auxiliary burner control valve, torch control system, automatic control operation, to achieve 24 hours standby operation, automatic ignition, automatic shutdown, automatic flameout protection, fault alarm and remote communication computer. It can also be operated manually as needed.
